With general direction from the Operations Supervisor, Assistant Operations Manager, or Operations Manager, supervises all student conduct situations recommended by the, Drivers, and Monitors. This person will work closely with management in daily operations to represent CST to its customers and the public in a professional courteous and serving manner.
Skills: Strong PC skills written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional customer service skills are essential to external and internal customers. Ability to deal with problems and find solutions.
High School Diploma required, with training/education in above-mentioned areas. Prefer college degree.
