With general direction from the Operations Supervisor, Assistant Operations Manager, or Operations Manager, supervises all student conduct situations recommended by the, Drivers, and Monitors. This person will work closely with management in daily operations to represent CST to its customers and the public in a professional courteous and serving manner.




  • Will maintain close relations with the District and the public to ensure timely and efficient communication.
  • Oversee student management and training.
  • Contact parents and serve as a liaison between driver and parent for student behavior concerns.
  • Conduct citation meetings as needed.
  • Document, investigate, and take corrective measures regarding student behaviors in 1-3 days.
  • Supervise arrival and departure procedures at schools.
  • Support satellite locations needs.
  • Help conduct safety meetings and in-services trainings related to pupils.
  • Observe on board camera footage and follow up. Compile various reports in concise, time manner.       Review student misconduct citations with drivers.
  • Inspire a team atmosphere and ensure positive employee pupil interaction.
  • Provide input to employee evaluations, retaining needs, counseling, documentation, and employee discipline.
  • Investigating and respond to customer service complaints and employee concerns.
  • Drive route as needed.   Will train to drive but must have a good driving record.
  • Other related duties as assigned.




Skills: Strong PC skills written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional customer service skills are essential to external and internal customers. Ability to deal with problems and find solutions.

  • High School Diploma required, with training/education in above-mentioned areas. Prefer college degree.

  • Must possess the skills necessary to train and educate drivers in the safe operation of passenger vehicles and accident prevention techniques while transporting pupils.
  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to document, research and solve discrepancies and processes
  • Must be competent in the supervision and counseling of assigned personnel.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Software including Excel and Word
  • Positive attitude, ethical, dependable, responsible with a professional appearance and mannerisms.
  • Applicants must possess the skills necessary to express oneself orally in a logical comprehensive and intelligent manner.
  • Must show strong organizational and leadership skills.       Scheduling and setting priorities for work to be accomplished.
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid Idaho CDL and DOT requirements for transporting pupils.
