With general direction from the Operations Supervisor, Assistant Operations Manager, or Operations Manager, supervises all student conduct situations recommended by the drivers and monitors. This person will work closely with management in daily operations to represent CST to its customers and the public in a professional courteous and serving manner.
Duties and work hours are subject to change based on the needs of the division.
Strong PC skills written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional customer service skills are essential to external and internal customers. Possesses the ability to deal with problems and find solutions.
