The Office Coordinator is a full-time hourly position, under general supervision of the Terminal Manager is a detail-orientated, organizational master who thrives in a fast-pace office environment. This position provides administrative support and maintains day-to-day efficiency of the terminal office.



    • Assist in design, development, and maintenance of various administrative systems to increase overall organization and efficiency within the terminal office.
    • Maintain accuracy of all records and documents making updates and modifications as necessary.
    • Maintain and oversee file management including traditional and electronic storage of all administrative files.
    • Assist with processing of accounts payable, receivable and billing.
    • Provide recruitment support including maintenance of applicant tracking system, communication with potential candidates, scheduling and/or conducting interviews, processing, filing and storage of pre-employment and new-hire paper-work.
    • Provide customer service to internal and external customers including answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquires.
    • Oversee and maintain the inventory and ordering of all office materials and supplies through approved third party vendor.
    • Print and/or make copies as requested or needed by management and staff personnel.
    • Post documents, flyers, and/or other materials in and around the terminal as directed by management personnel.
    • All other assignments and/or duties related to the efficiency of day-to day operations not listed above as requested by management.




Education and Work Experience

  • At least 3 years in an office environment in a coordinator or administrator role
  • At least 1 year in a leadership role preferred
  • High school degree or equivalent required
